The Chiron uses the same 8.0 L (7,993 cm 3 487.8 cu in) quad-turbocharged W16 from the Bugatti Veyron, but heavily updated.
Production was limited to 500 units, with the first 200 units being sold before the first delivery of the car. Introduced at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show, the Bugatti Chiron is named after the Monegasque driver Louis Chiron.
